onder if anyone can help - am having trouble getting this site as could do with some ideas.
has this site shut down or something?
What I want recipes / ideas for is this:-
1 huge courgette
have tins of tomatoes
plenty of beans incl red kidney beans, canellieni etc
loads of herbs & spices
have about £3 or so to buy meat/extra as required
Any help / ideas?

There was a thread about this site on this forum...that doesn't work either so I cannot say if it's a temporary fault or it has closed down but there are wquite a few sites that you can put ingrdeients in and they'll come back with a recipe even on the BBC website that can be done...

Stuffed Courgette? Either a mince in tomato sauce filling (or a mix of beans)
