I'm so impressed. Applied Monday evening by phone, surveyor went on Weds and phone call today to say the offer is in the post.
It's lloydstsb by the way and I have my mortgage with them already but it was still a full application.

I think my record was 2 hours from application form being signed to offer being issued.
Handy when the valuer worked in the same building!0
