When you order from a rep you can try the products and if they don't suit you, then you can exchange them or get them refunded. You just contact them and they will collect the product and either refund you at the same time or arrange an alternative.
When you order from the website, you will have to post them back and then Avon will refund you / exchange the item upon receipt. HTH

Was tempted, but the reviews on these travel kits are not too good. Anyone used them yet?

I switched to the Anew skincare range from Clinique about a month back and actually prefer the products and am really pleased with my skin condition. The only thing with the travel kit is that the day and night creams are really small. Only really good to trial the creams.
