Won my case against Halifax.

Just wanted to let people know that I won my case against Halifax.

The decision was taken by the FOS and they said "my complaint should suceed".

Hoped this may help someone...

Here is why;

Because a payment arrangement had been put in place. The credit file had been updated with "arrangement", later during the arrangement the credit file reflected "missed payments". It has been recommended that Halifax updates the credit file to state "arrangement" ONLY.

Halifax also agreed to a reduced interest rate, but often sent out default notices and made calls to state that the debt was overdue. Halifax have been asked to pay £75 by way of apology for the distress and inconvenience caused.

There are many other points, but I can't list them all. :T
