Does the OR allow Broadband

We are preparing our Income and Expenditure for both me and my wife.
I think I read on a previous post that the OR will only allow broadband if it's part of a telephone package.
We have a separate phone bill with BT.
And a separate broadband company - it was just cheaper that way.
Will we be allowed to keep the broadband?
Many Thanks,
Steve

If the broadband is used for work/school then usually its allowed however if not the OR will usually tell you, however you can still keep it but you'd have to pay out of any surplus you hadFriends help you move. Real friends help you move bodies.

they generally do these days, it used to be considered a luxury, but with most services online now most OR's willallow at least a basic broadband serviceHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

the BR only has a few sections to fill in expenses wise, so most stuff gets lumped together, the OR will only ask for a more detail break down if they are thinking of an IPA.
Just list it with phone, remember too that you could always change packages if needs be.
Don't forget to list stuff you may not have now such as house insurance etc that you may be doing without now as pre-BR but post BR you may want as it's meant to be a new start so hair cuts , a small holiday can all be listed0
