Admitting I can now pay

Hi all, I'm not sure what to do about this, if anyone can help it'd really be appreciated. Barclaycard froze my interest and charges as I wasn't able to pay anything for a few months, from next month I should be in a position where I can afford the payments and interest however I'm not sure what to do about telling them. Do I just phone up and say 'everything's fine whack the charges back on?'

I have other smaller debts that I want to pay off too but these don't have interest on them, should I pay the bulk to barclaycard with it being the biggest and portion part of it to the others to clear them quicker?

I think there are about 5, utility and old council tax debts then two credit cards amounting to just over £7000, I have managed to get some of the debts down as it was over £10000.

I should have about £500 extra to put at the debts, I haven't done a proper SOA (or tried to stick to it) yet.
If it is £500 I would want to pay say £450 to barclaycard then throw £50 at one of the other debts till that's gone.

Does that sound right?
