Capquest
Hi guys
Not sure I this is in the correct place of not sorry
Got home from work today to open a letter from a company
Called capquest telling me I owe them £274 on behalf of
T-mobile now I do have a phone contract but all bills are up
To date and don't owe a penny. Is this just a company trying to
Pull a fast one ?
Cheers guys

Write back to them and ask for an explanation of the debt as you have no recollection of it - kind of a prove it letter. Is your current provider T Mobile or have you changed providers??
Never, ever, ever phone a debt collection company - do it in writing and keep a paper trail.0 -
