Hi,
Im trying to re-mortgage but for a property in the republic of ireland. Ive tried my lender and a few others but im not making much progress. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Can you give us more information - you've tried a few lenders so what was the result?
What is your credit history like?
Do you live in the property or in the UK?

Income, employment, mortgage size, value of property, debts outgoings etc
