No response from Endowment provider...

Hi,

I followed the link to the 'complaint letter generator' and sent off my letter (to Legal & General).

After 2 weeks (period specified in the letter) I haven't heard a dickie bird.

Do I:

A) Do nothing
B) Write again, recorded letter this time
c) Call up

or anything else?

Maybe the 2 week time limit is not realistic, but I would hope to at least get some form of communication saying it is being dealt with.

Any suggestions please, or has anybody else had a similar experience?

    Are you sure it was L&G that sold you the policy?If it was another firm L&G may have forwarded the complaint on.
    Trying to keep it simple...;)
