    Yes as tiger feet says, the OR will want half the rent (less any necessary expenses but not the mortgage paymet), is the property a proper buy to let mortgage, if so then the mortgage holders may appoint an LPA receiver to collect the rent instad,

    If it is not a buy to let mortgage do you have permission to rent it out from the mortgage company, do you have the deposit in a recommended scheme, do you have the required safety certificates
