PPI cancellation made me bankrupt

I have recently got my PPi claim refund from Lloyds TSB, this to me means they accept liability for miss-selling me it in the first place. Can I hold them to account for the repercussions of that miss-selling?
They stopped paying my PPI claim after a few months during an illness, my illness hadn't gone away and I still could not work, this meant I had no money and had to declare bankruptcy which meant I lost everything and turned my life upside down. All thanks to LLoyds TSB.
Do they have a case to answer??

Not necessarily. Most refunds are not upheld complaints but goodwill offers without acceptance of liability.

There is a remote possibility but it is very remote and if it was a goodwill gesture, then no hope at all. Problem is that if they do decide to pay any more out then you wont get it. It will go to the official receiver to pay the creditors you left when you went bankrupt.

Do you mean the insurer stopped your claim or Lloyds did? if the insurer, that may be a complaint to take up with them.

Are Lloyds deducting claims from the money owed or refunding it to the bankruptcy?
