Would you be ok just to edit the title for indexing by date/clarity please.A guessedenddate is ok eg:
E: 01/07 ? Win,Durex Summer Giveaway(FB)
rather than:
Durex Summer Giveaway
Just click edit & advanced
If left as is it will be indexed wrong so you end up with the issue that can be seen on page 1 of this view of the board.

7 How can I amend my thread title if I need to?
To edit the thread title you can click 'Edit' then select 'Go Advanced'.

The next screen will show your post & above it you will see 2 boxes 'Reason for Editing', which you don't have to complete & also 'Title' which has your thread title info in it.
Simply click into the Title box & amend your text as necessary.
You can 'Preview Changes' to see how it will look

also OllyocoSF i found the terms here with dates so if you could edit the date to E: 27/08 and i will then link it to the weeklies thread

3. The Prize giveaway will run weekly for 6 weeks, starting at 10:00 on 16th July 2012 and ending at 17:00 on 27th August 2012.

4. There will be 12 Luxury Holiday Packs to be given away, two in each week and 30 Basic Holiday Packs to be given away, five in each week of the Prize Giveaway. The Luxury Holiday Packs include the following Durex branded merchandise: one canvas bag, one beach ball, two t-shirts, one lilo, two sunglasses, as well as a 12 pack of Durex condoms and 150ml of Durex lubes in a combination of bottles. The Basic Holiday Packs include the following Durex branded merchandise: one canvas bag, one beach ball, 100ml Durex lube and two sunglasses.

7. Winners will be drawn weekly at random from all eligible entries received by 23:59 on each Sunday of that prize giveaway week. - so we still have time for this weeks draw
