Terms & Conditions
1. The prize draw runs until Sunday 29th August 2012
2. Only one entry is permitted per person.
3. Applicants can enter online at edenshopping.co.uk/competition or by filling in a leaflet available at Eden’s Customer Information desk on the day of the event. Those entering via leaflet must agree to the online terms and conditions.
4. The winner will be the first qualifying entry drawn at random after the draw closes at 5 pm on Sunday 29thAugust 2012
5. The winner will be notified on Sunday 29th August by telephone.
6. There will be one winner. The prize draw winner will receive a hamper with products from the following producers and Eden stores : Ascot Ales, Chiltern Natural Foods, Well Preserved, Chiltern Cold Rapeseed Oil, Anila’s Indian Sauces, Chilli’s 2 U, Ralph Wines, Just Biscuits, Yo!Sushi, Krispy Kreme, Cineworld, Nandos, Frankie and Benny’s, La Tasca, Cargo and AMF bowling.
7. The prize must be collected by the winner from Eden by Friday 3rd August. No cash or prize alternative is available.
8. The decision of the Eden Management is final in all matters concerning the draw.
9. The names of the winner will be available after Monday 30th July on written application to the Customer Services Desk.
10. The prize draw organiser reserves the right to amend the competition.
11. The prize draw is open to all South East of England residents only, except employees and their immediate families of Eden High Wycombe.
12. The promoter is Mourant Property Trustees Ltd, c/o Duelguide Management Services Ltd, 57 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 3JA.
