I must say I am very impressed with The Body Shop for honouring this glitch. I have just received both my orders and am extremely pleased with the products. I have never used anything from The Body shop before and thought it was worth a go with the glitch.
I will definitely be ordering more stuff from them in the future so that is one customer they have gained that they wouldn't have had before this.

I ordered after seeing this glitch on HUKD,i never saw it here first,anyway,two orders arrived today without the freebie shampoo,it says on the invoices the product wasn't available
