I take your point, but also think the people need to take some responsibility for themselves. It is reasonable to ask a broker to get them the best deal, but surely it is the individuals responsibility to ensure that they fully understand what they are signing up for and most, importantly, how much it is going to cost each month.

I've reported this as spam: it seems to simply be the third sentence from RPW's post #3 copied into a foreign language translation engine and translated back to broken english. All the other posts so far from this new account add absolutely nothing to their various discussions and it seems like an attempt to increase postcount so the user will be able to start including links in their posts!

I wonder if they have been told to contact all customers and are hoping that a few people just bin the letter thinking it is junk mail, or some dodgy PPI claim company. Then they can say that they made an attempt to find the customers, but not all claimed and hence either close the case or just have it as an accounting 'provision' rather than an actual cash reduction.
