Post TUPE pay rise

I was TUPEd over 2 years and have not received a pay rise since.
Last year an annual rise was awarded to lower grades, below my income band.
This year there would appear to be a 2% pay rise awarded to all personnel, except those TUPEd two years ago. The TUPEd personnel perform identical roles to the existing personnel.
There are no unions involved, but can the company legally act as above.

Unless your pre-TUPE contract of employment included guaranteed pay rises, they can award pay rises to whomsoever they wish.
If, however, those not receiving payrises were all part-timers and those who received rises were all full-timeers then there might be a case of unequal treatment which would not be lawful.
Even if payrises had been guaranteed in the past (very unlikely even where there are payscales), they could negotiate not to pay them and, if not accepted by the employee, might even try dismissal with an offer to re-employ at a different, even lower, rate.
Do you know what the other workers are paid or do you just know the percentage payrises?0
