Hi,
I'am looking to start an AAT level 2 course with my local college.
Im 26, I left school at 16 and went into full time work and now I really want to do something new.
I called my local college who offer this course as an evening class which would be perfect for me as I can still work full time.
I left school with G.C.S.E's (all under grade C), Is there any funding available for evening courses? I've been reading the Direct gov website but it's kind of confusing as it says "if you do not hold any level 2 qualifications, you may be eligible for funding" but when I spoke to my college she told me that I probably wouldnt.
Does anybody have any advice/know if there is some sort of funding available please?
Thanks.

The rules have changed for Sept 2013 and the none level 2 rule is no longer applicable for most courses.0

What is your job situation at the moment as depending on where you are, prior quals, and other criteria you may be able to get funding outside of the 1st level 2 rules.0
