CCJ 2 months after declaring BR

Hi
i get AD next week.
i have just signed up to noddle, and was pleasantly surprised as my mortgage company have settled and closed my account but every other creditor says default.
One company still sends me emails and constantly says they have never known we are BR which is rubbish as my OR has been in touch on numerous occasions.
Also i noticed CCJ on my account and that was 2 months after BR can they do this?
Will everything be settled after AD or do i need to contact them all
