Good evening, I have read every reply in this thread and I know exactly why this has happened to you all. The charge that is being taken off you is for their premium service and its in the script they very quickly read through this section however telling you all the benefits and then they say are you happy to proceed yeh? Got you hooked then because without thinking you instinctively say yes because you just want to get through this application and get your loan they then go on to say brilliant 79.99 will be taken out of your account when your loan is paid out or on your next pay day whichever comes first can i confirm you happy to proceed yeh? And there it is again that yeh that unconsciously makes you say yes then they just defer it to your pay day as wether you get the loan or not the money will be taken its a sneaky thing and its sly the way it is done althe agents will also attempt to mis sell this as best they can by offering to add an extra hundred onto your loan to cover the cost however if you do not get your loan your stll paying out! It is a disgrace! Sge loans however are going under and i believe they have sonce ceased trading or are close to if you want your money back best thing you can do is tell them you were mis-sold the product they are bad and quick to take your money but not so good at paying it back when they know they are in the wrong.
