Help! Pleeease!

Options
I have sent myself barmy with looking through this site, reading and re-reading so much information I now feel that my brain is addled! I am a new PC user which doesn't help and I don't understand all the jargon yet, but I am learning!

I read on this site about How To Make A Full & Final Settlement to a creditor, step by step instructions and TEMPLATE letters, now I can't find it!!! Aaargh!

Its not re-claiming bank charges, its definately about making an offer with a calculator thingy if you have multiple creditors.
CAN ANYONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION PLEASE? I log on to check any replies a couple of times a day, and I will reply to you (honest) and I don't bite! LOL (ooh look, I learned what that meant yesterday! LOL)
MANY many thanks for your help, T x

Sorry, I don't know the answer but have you tried searching the Debt free wanabee board? There are lots of threads there about full and final settlements.

Yes, I agree. So I went to the DFW board, did a search on 'full and final settlement how to' (without the quotation marks) and came up with this.

(You say you are a new PC user. If you click on the word 'this' above, which you will see is a slightly different colour, something magic will happen! ;)

Firstly, find the address/URL of the site you are going to reference (in the address box at the very top of the screen - the thing which normally starts http://) Highlight that and press control and C. You have now copied this address into your computer's special short-term memory. When you replyto a post on this site, you will see a little picture above the box you are typing in which looks like a globe with a set on tank treads under it. Click on that. Press control and V, and you will paste the address into the space provided. Now type the word 'this'. Finally press the 'end' key and carry on typing. When you submit your reply, the word 'this' will appear instead of the long address you are sending your reader to!!!

Hope that makes sense, and have a very happy time getting to grips with your PC :D
