Rumblers VW Camper Van Tent Competition Facebook Application - Terms and Conditions This competition is not connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. Facebook does not receive the information submitted by the participants; this information is instead collected by The Different Diary Co as operator of the Rumblers Ramblers Facebook page (henceforth referred to as “operator”). The information collected is used for competition purposes only. The operator – and not Facebook – is solely responsible for the content of the competition. Facebook is in no way associated with this competition. Facebook can assume no liability for or in relation to this competition.
The competition begins on the 19.07.2012 at 00:01 and ends on the 31.12.2012 at 23:59. (“Competition period”)
Participation in this competition is possible only on the following conditions. By participating in the competition, the user explicitly agrees to these terms and conditions of use.
Eligibility

Participants must be Republic of Ireland or UK residents, aged 18 or over on the day of
participation and must be “Fans” of Rumblers. Users can become a fan by clicking on the “Like” button on the Rumblers’ Ramblers Facebook page.
The competition is not open to employees, representatives, legal successors or contractors of The Different Diary Co, nor its interested parties and their members.
As proof of eligibility of entry, the following information must be provided: First name, last name and e-mail address.
Rules

Only 1 entry is allowed per person – multiple entries will render all entries invalid.
Disclaimer

The operator accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the competition or the unavailability of the internet server, unless these are due to gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the operator responsible. Furthermore, the operator cannot be held responsible for technical failures of any kind, including network, electronic or computer breakdowns. The operator is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of contract.
The promoters reserve the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in their absolute discretion, provided that they shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
The promoters collect personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion. This may include contacting the winners via further emails regarding this promotion. Details will only be passed onto other organisations necessary to conduct the random number prize draw and in order for the prize to be provided, as well as email addresses for those entrants wishing to receive communications from Rumblers. In administering this promotion, the promoters will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary and will not retain it after the duration of the promotion, with the exception of the winners and email addresses for those entrants wishing to receive the communications from Rumblers. By entering this promotion you agree to the collection and use of your data in this manner.
Prizes

The winner will be notified by email no later than 3 working days after the competition draw and will have up to 30 working days of this notification to respond with the information requested; otherwise another winner will be selected.
Participation in the free competition does not result in the participant being entitled to financial or any other reward from the operator. It is not possible to award the prize as a cash payment or a substitute under any circumstances. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred to third parties.
The formalities surrounding the handover of the prize are arranged with each winner individually. The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the personal details provided by the winner with regard to delivering the prize.
The Different Diary Co’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Exclusion from the Competition

Should the terms and conditions of the competition not be complied with, the operator reserves the right to exclude these persons from the competition without prior warning. Persons found to have used unauthorised means (e.g. hacking tools, viruses, Trojan horses etc.), or found to have sought any other advantage by manipulation, will be excluded from the competition. In addition, persons found to be participating on behalf of third parties (with or without their knowledge) may be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, it is not permissible to participate as part of a syndicate, automated services or, above all, a professional competition service. Persons having been excluded may be denied subsequent prizes and have previous prizes reclaimed.
Premature Termination of the Competition

The operator reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, without prior notice or justification. The operator will exercise this right in particular if the continuation of the competition can no longer be guaranteed to be in accordance with the rules, either due to technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the system, manipulation or errors in the hardware or software) or on legal grounds. Should the behaviour of a participant have caused the termination of the competition, the operator is entitled to demand the resulting damages from the person in question.
Other Information

The operator reserves the additional right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without warning or special notification, provided it is necessary for legal or factual reasons. The relevant version of these terms and conditions can be viewed on www.rumblers.ie
Your personal data will be deleted by (01.12.2012) at the latest as long as there are no legal or contractual obligations or legitimate interests to preserve records. Collected data will only be used for the purpose of contacting winners during the competition.
Complaints should be directed to the operator in writing, citing the competition, to the following address (The Different Dairy Company. Registered office: The Different Dairy Company, Crossroads, Killygordon, Co Donegal, Republic of Ireland) within 14 days of the complaint arising. Complaints made by telephone and those received after 14 days will not be processed.
Should certain clauses within these terms and conditions be or become void, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions will not be compromised. Another clause of equal meaning and efficacy in law will replace it, having been deemed to match the intention of the void clauses most closely.
The promotion and these terms are governed by Irish Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
