Price Match Help John Lewis And Tesco??

Hi ALL

Hoping someone can help me save some money. I'm needing a new oven and Tesco have money off the one I want it's the New World 70D0 for £299.97
but I'm really wanting to buy it from John Lewis so I can get free delivery and a 2 year warantee. I asked John Lewis if they price match but they said only if they have the item in store and not online. I phone my local tesco extra and they don't have the oven in store - what next - does that mean I can't price match at John Lewis?

Any further advice or help much appreciated.

Yep, you can only price match at JL with instore products, not online.

Have you looked at Empire Direct, or other online retailers that also have online stores?

Can't you source a Tesco store that does have it in stock, and then get their local John Lewis to price match them?

Although - delivery maybe an issue ...

That's what I was thinking - but how to do it? Would I have to ring every store in the country until I found one?

If anyone does see this the oven in a Tesco store I would be very grateful if they could post it on here!!
