Wedding favours.... ideas help!!!!

wow, thank you all so much for some amazing ideas!!!! Thats really given us some things to think about. I love the idea of seeds, and also the bookmarks, my DDs are (will be) 13 and 9. Budget - my dad has basically said do whatever, and he will cover it lol!!!!

Prob around 100 guests.

Am now thinking seeds, in a personalised packet, with a bookmark made by the girls, hmmm......

(oh, and we also have to transport the whole lot on the train from south to north! so needs to be fairly portable! forgot that part, sorry!)

Or you could do 50 of each and let them choose. That would save you a lot of work. Either of these ideas are easily transported also. I tried to upload a couple of photos for you and went into Go Advanced and Insert image but it wouldn't insert the photo. Maybe someone else could tell me how to do it as I often see photos on the forums. It asked me for the URL which I haven't a clue about. The photos are on my pc and I was just going to copy and paste or insert as on EBay but it doesn't give that choice. Start early as September is not too far away now and it will take a while to do (along with all your other chores lol)

We are making little heart shaped ginger biscuits to sit on some tissue paper in little gold chests, will probably chuck in few little gold edible balls, (cant think of the name of them off hand)

I've bought a load of little cheapy glass tea light holders and tea lights and written the guests name on with a pretty pen. Hey presto, favours, place settings and table candles in one!
