Mortgage Shortfall marked satisfied on credit report?

Hi All.
My mortgage account has been marked satisfied with a balance of zero on my credit report.
However, I am paying HSBC against £47,000 for the shortfall on this at the moment. (Up to date on my agreement).
Is this normal?
Should I SAR this?
TIA.
