Hi - I thought Bank of Ireland were increasing their rates in June. I have buy to let mortgages at 2.25% and was expecting letters informing me of an increase but have received nothing and the usual amounts have been taken form my bank account. Can anyone enlighten me please?

Higher repayments may well start month after change in interest rate. As the interest due will be calculated on the 30th June.0

Thanks for that. Think I will be looking elsewhere and for a fixed rate this time. Decisions, decisions!0

The first payment went through in June for those affected.
I suspect if you have not received the correspondence you aren't affected. I suggest you study your KFI and mortgage offer as it sounds like you aren't on standard variable rate.
Those affected were paying 2.9% before the change and were residential customers.I am a mortgage broker.
