ins and outs of crbs please?

Hello peeps,
I am applying for a job in a care home and need advice.

will the new employer get details of the last place i worked at - the last one i completed the CRB process with?
Does my CRB have any details of previous companies on it?
I was unfairly dismissed and this is a real hassle.

No it doesn't include details of employers. But how have you got around the need to provide a last employers reference? Because that could catch up with you.

Im looking at a previous CRB of mine and it does have a space for last known occupation. I dont know if this is what the police know or if its the last place that applied for a CRB for you.

That's occupation, not employer. Although of course if it doesn't accord with what you have on your application and the employer notices, it may raise some questions. Mine just says Social Worker, which isn't a particularly accurate or helpful description of my last job!
