Hi,
I sent an email of complaint to the csa about my case. I had an email back on 22nd June, stating that my email of complaint had been forwarded to the team to deal with my enquiry.
Since then, I have heard nothing.
Does anyone know how long I should leave it before getting in touch with them again to find out whats going on?
I feel that all I do is chase chase chase grrrrr

They usually have 15 days to respond. Sometimes i don't know what callander they are using.0 -
Try sending another one telling them that you want to take the case to ICE for investigation, and part of the complaint to ICE will be that they have not replied to you complaint in a given time frame, say 15-21 days! See if that helps them get motivated!0
