Mortgage advisors, or lenders, I would like to know the approx rates per deposits put down.
I know your rates will just be approximates, but that will be fine.
5% deposit on a property will get you a x% rate on a mortgage.
10% deposit on a property will get you a x% rate on a mortgage.
15% deposit on a property will get you a x% rate on a mortgage.
20% deposit on a property will get you a x% rate on a mortgage.
25% deposit on a property will get you a x% rate on a mortgage.
30% deposit on a property will get you a x% rate on a mortgage.
35% deposit on a property will get you a x% rate on a mortgage.
{made up example}
a x% = 3.56% for an average rate, for a 25% downpayment

Try this, its the FSA mortgage tables and will give you details of all available, you'll have to do a search for each of your variables but it should give you an answer.

It would be pure insanity for anyone qualified who respects their qualification to fill out that table for you! As someone above said, go to the moneymadeclear websiteI am a Mortgage Adviser

Exactly, not only would it be a waste of time due to various rates not being available to certain individuals due to personal circumstances but you'd also get a load of responses from people saying "what about the X% rate from Y bank" as newer, better deals come out.
P.S. I'm not qualified in anything to do with mortgages0 -
I'll sit and pull them off Mortgage Brain if someone wants to pay me £100 to do it.

I love the phrasing, I know they will be approximates but that is fine; like making concessions for us..
I laughed and quickly moved on...I am a Mortgage Broker
