Like the others said i would arrange some sort of counselling to help through this time .This is the route i have also chosen to take.
Wishing you the best of luck and massive hugs ((())).

OP, are you taking your medication consistently, or do you miss some doses?0

Excellent. Do you have a checklist of the things to do, i.e. fluid and food intake, exercise, socialisation? And are you still seeing any of the psych team on a regular basis?0 -
I go through phases of not eating/drinking. I exercised regularly whilst I was in hospital but not so much since I've been at home. I don't really have many friends to socialise with. I see my social worker regularly and my psychiatrist every 2 weeks at the moment.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

I totally sympathise with the not eating/drinking thing. Sometimes I just forget, sometimes I can't get the thoughts and energy up go get it and do it (eat/drink).
However, it is just as important as medicine. So can you just keep a large bottle of water/fluid beside the bed and another by your computer desk, and something like bags of peanuts?
This way, you get enough energy to get up and get the proper food!0 -
Thanks for your help, it's much appreciated.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--
