Soo after constant harassment from my creditors, i made the decision to sign onto a DMP a few weeks back. All the paperwork got signed and sent off, they then sent me an email saying they required some more information so I provided it, but no word from them as of yet to what's happening. My creditors are starting to get impatient and saying they'll only hold interest and the usual circle of legal stuff for a certain amount of time
To add to the joy of debt, my relationship's on its last legs and I just don't have the courage to end it
I may be the most horrible person in the world for thinking this, but i just keep thinking if I move back to my mum and dads I'd easily have £300-£400 spare a month compared to £100, which could clear this debt in 6months.

Dont feel horrible for thinking that!, your relationship probabably wouldn't be under so much pressure without the debt, but long term stress changes your behaviour.
It sounds like you WANT to move back to your parents regardless. Maybe (and I know this isnt easy) try letting your partner know how overwhelming the debt is, how you are unsire of your relationship and how your priority needs to be clearing your debt to enable you to think straight.
Hope things go well whatever you decide!Soo after constant harassment from my creditors, i made the decision to sign onto a DMP a few weeks back. Sort of feeling like i NEED to move back home. The debt isn't going to magically disappear, and the only way I can clear it is by having spare money. Maybe I'd feel differently if the relationship felt better.0 -
Ring the DMP company and ask them how things are progressing? (Hopefully it's one of the free ones)
