They sound pretty desperate. Probably best to simply ignore them.
Or, if you wanted to play, you could tell them you've been advised not to discuss the matter with them as it's being investigated by the Police. :rotfl:0 -
Safe in the knowledge that stargatemunky's credit rating is shot to pieces, therefore no more credit lending, therefore no more average joe (read any respecting finance user) having to bail him/her out.
PS
3. Cancelling a payment taken in accordance with agreed payment plans and/or terms and conditions.
as mentioned, is construed as fraud.
Their other tactics may be legally right but morally wrong in some eyes but that one is is both legally and morally right when it concerns what you have advocated in your other thread.
I didn't cancel any payment. they chose to take out ALL the money in one lump sum. I am still paying them £5 a month as I had stated with them
I don't know why you are taking THEIR side dude. They outright emptied my account. I'm going off of what people have advised on here and lloydstsb have said.
I disputed the claim lloyds refunded my money. They get what i can afford.
kindly of course add advice if you think it's worthwhile otherwise just stop pretending like you know what';s going on here exactly
I haven't advocated fraud I was suggesting it as a hypothetical. I'm not going to game any lenders dude. Jesus0 -
