    how about this one http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-37479467.html?premiumA=true

dropped from about 330-350 in a year. The owner is a now very skint architect(with little work) who spent a fortune doing it up at the height of the bubble in expectations of getting very rich,(they're friends of friends of the wife)

and the one opposite which has dropped about 100k in a similar time

AVERAGE house prices in Oxfordshire have hit their highest level since the economic downturn.
Figures from the Land Registry showed the average price for properties sold in May was £241,290, less than £4,000 below the same month in 2008.
Property experts said a shortage of homes for sale in sought-after areas of Oxford had pushed up prices, but that buyers faced a much harder task in getting mortgages since the crash.

The property sheep IMO are the ones that don't realise that the property market is cyclical, i.e. during boom times they think that prices will always rise and during bust times they think it will always fall.
