I need to get a mortgage to take my ex name of the mortgage we have now( long story) I phoned c&g and they passed me on to another part of their company.cut a long story short I have been offered a mortgage with?platform mortgages part of britannia.interest rate of 6.09% fixed for 3 yrs is this good or should i avoid like the plague

Not knowing your circumstances I wouldnt know. If it is self cert or a bit of adverse it might be okish, Why not consult an independent mortgage adviser.I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0
