At an after school cookery club, without access to an oven, they made several sweet and savoury things which were then taken home for baking in/ on trays and containers brought from home. They produced cookies, scones, pasta bake, pizza etc. My daughter was happy as she got to learn through the hands on prep (8yrs old) but it was my fault if it got burnt!!
"Eton Mess" - whipped cream, shop bought meringues, fruit all mixed together
"fruit kebabs"
various salads and dressings
smoothies - if allowed to take a blender
Other than the suggestions above I'm struggling! Love the fudge recipeI did have a no cook christmas cake recipe but I can't find it at the moment.... will keep looking.
