Hi forum virgin alert!!. I need to borrow £7000 to complete a loft conversion on my flat.The money is for materials and some labour (electricians ect) but i plan to sell the property in 3 months when the loft is finished and pay of the loan in full.What i need to know is if its possible to borrow this money with out any repayments or if not what is the best-cheapest way to borrow this amount.Any help would be greatly recieved THANKS
