Hi everyone, I am looking for advice regarding a private pension scheme I had with former Norwich Union, now Aviva I believe. It has been frozen since I left my then employer back in 2000 and is now sitting somewhere, doing nothing at least for me. I would like to know what are my options regarding this scheme. I currently live in France but am not sure whether I shall stay. Is it worth my while repatriating it and linking it with my pension scheme over here? Can I do this? what else could I do with it? Thank you for any suggestions put forward.

Well, what kind of pension scheme? Defined Benefit scheme or Defined Contribution scheme? Answers can differs on depending on which kind of scheme it is.
