Credit Report Errors? - Multiple Duplicate Entries

Hi all, first time poster, so please be nice! :-)

I recently acquired my full credit report from experian.co.uk as i'm looking to buy a house and wanted to make sure everything was a hunky dory as I thought it was. However, on receiving my credit report I was shocked by the amount of outstanding credit it told me I had. Turns out, what they tell me I have is exactly double the actual amount I have. Every outstanding credit that I have (i.e. not including past cards and things that were settled) appears on my report twice. For example my 2 credit cards, my loan and my car PCP ALL appear on there twice??? Surely therefore this is a mistake? If so, it's making my credit file appear twice as bad as it is and if not, then why do they appear twice and show my outstanding balance as double the actual amount??!!

Many thanks in advance!!
