It would appear that on line the £1 variety gels do not come with the freebie, but those costing £2.66 - £2.99 do.

Is that the case in store too ?

If you use the advantage machine you may get 10% off shower gels, and shampoos etc but the coupon will only give a discount off one pack. Staff were happy to do a manual override - but a bit off a fuss.

It does look like that but when you add the £1 ones the free gift automatically adds itself into basket ! dont want to spend £20 for free delivery so off instore tommoro see if same applys i shall let you know

Went instore this afternoon to boots sa*chiehall st Glasgow, got £1 gels fine but no free shampoo

After asking a sa who knew nothing, was told by the manager its online only- bit disappointed but hth someone

I checked out my local Boots today, plenty of shower gel at £1 but no freebies on offer.

However, the journey was highly lucrative. Gillette have recently repackaged their Deodorants and Body sprays so all the old stock was sat on the lower shelf in a corner reduced from £2.50 to 50p. It got better though, the sales assistant at the till saw my stockpile in my basket and said these are going through at half price again at 25p because they need to be cleared so if there were any more left I should go and get some more. Not wanting to look a gift horse in the mouth I went back and got loads more..............Will never need to buy deodorant again !!! Still about 20 left on the shelf after I'd had my pickings.

Might be worth checking out all Boots branches if they're desparate to get rid of the stuff.
