I am not quite sure if this is where a question goes as computers and me are new to each other. However, my question is as follows can anyone recommend a good remortgage deal for a fixed rate on a freehold flat. They are a unique type of prpoperty and to date I have only be able to borrow from one lender. This being "The Royal Bank Of Scotland, if anyone out there can recommend a 2, 5 or 10 year fixed rate that is less than 0.84% above the base rate and incurs a relatively low fee i would be grateful. Thank you... Ps. Card tarts rule!!! :A

There are a couple of other lenders that will look at freehold flats - as always it depends on your circumstances as to whether you would be eligible for themI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
