Why would you need to? Surely you should only be bringing up things between you and the employer and not you and a third party advisory service?

For example would you need to mention this thread and my reply? (If so I'm a 6ft blonde swedish woman. ;). )

Discussions during with ACAS that take place after the event are not supposed to be brought to the attention of the Tribunal. This is to protect their role in brokering settlements (no employer would enter into discussions with ACAS about settling a case, if those discussions were going to be used against them in tribunal).

But in any case, conversations with ACAS are irrelevant since the only facts that the tribunal can make a decision on, is what happened at the time - ie whether the employer acted lawfully or not in doing whatever it is that you are complaining about. Any communication with ACAS after the event is irrelevant.
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.

Why would you want to? If it is to demonstrate a point of law, it will not help, you need to do it properly, otherwise the employer will have a field day.
