If I have £10 voucher for spending over £80, what happens if they don't have an item and the bill falls to say £79.49, will they still accept the voucher?

ie, what's to stop them saying they don't have a tin of beans in order to make the voucher void and make you spend more?

You cant exactly argue on the doorstep, or buy something extra to make up the £80 can you?

You still get the tenner off, cos its their fault not yours. I have order with tesco once, i ordered about 16 packs of loo paper ( was very cheap) i used a discount code for money off. Surprising not loo paper came with my order. But still took money off

The code is actually for £12. Just used it now with a bill of £86. Just worried that £6 worth of stuff wont be in stock!

yeah don't worry about it mate. you get the discount no matter what.
You could order 40 items at £2 each that were all on BOGOF (theoretically speaking), so it costs £80 but you PAY £40, but still get your £12 off..making it £28.

Thats one of the bizarre Tesco online shopping features...doesn't work that way with Sainsburys
