I have been into my local Boots three times now, and it hasn't been in stock. I had a word with an assistant who spoke to her manager. She has chased it up but they haven't been getting them in the warehouse. She suggested I try again next week but if they were still out of stock when it got to May (and the voucher expiry date) they would honour it against something else.

Thanks, thats good to know as ive been in a few in Cardiff and Bristol even a couple in London and no foot cream, bit annoying really....

I've tried 4 boots now - large and small and no luck. Do you think we need it in writing from head office that they will honour voucher??

My store had some in today!! Only 3 tubes, but there was none on Saturday so suggests they had a delivery (or found some lurking in the stock room!)

When I went into one of the Boots on Saturday they didn't have the foot cream. Asked an assistant who went to check and the answer was no. Decided to go back in about 3 hours later to get more of the Skin Kindly offer and lo and behold there was about 9 tubes of it on the shelf. Found this strange as I wouldn't have thought they'd have had delivery on a Saturday. Maybe they're only putting out so much at a time.

Went in today to the local store and none in stock. Never mind though, I did manage to pick up some free items with my Advantage card that was mentioned on another thread. So, thanks to the poster, I'll go back and see who it was and say THANK YOU!!

i went for the offer the day after the magazine came out and they didn't have any.

i'm beginning to think it doesn't exist!!

Went to both big and little boots in Canterbury and little boots had some in stock.
