Quidco Dont Bother !

(apologies if this in the wrong section), but I would like to add to the general discussion:
they have NEVER paid me a single penny, EVER.
I have been with them for over two years now, and all my payments are 'tracked' but never paid, and yet they have the nerve to take their own £5 admin fee, again.
I emailed (almost impossible to contact customer service!) and enquired, they told me that most retailers take on average Six Months to pay..
with that in mind it seems, almost practically impossible to ever 'catch up' and over take your 'balance' before the £5 admin re appears the following year.
I am VERY DISSAPOINTED and would definatly NOT recommend Quidco to anyone, and reading the forums, I am definatly NOT alone:mad:

There's a Quidco rep keeps an eye on it (and does reply to questions / queries) who should be able to look into your account.
Some of mine do take ages to get paid (over 6 months in some cases which is ridiculous) but I have been paid for all the ones I'm due eventually.Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Had about 3K since I joined although I do use it for book flights . hotels and Viking orders for work (ok'd by my boss) it paid for my last holiday!
It can be annoying as some companies seem to turn you down for the slightest thing, but well worth it if you buy stuff on line a lot.
