Would this make a difference

Hi there,

Hubbie and I are applying for a new mortgage, and the mortgage advisor has asked us if we had any late payments on loans, mortgages or credit cards.

A couple of years ago, I hd a couple of missed payments, but, since then (since about 2004), everything has been paid on time, and in January, I paid my husbands credit card one day late, and they charged £12!!!!!!

Will this make a difference in a lender looking at our application?

Jackie

I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)
