Dimissed from Job without Explicit Reason and outside of contract terms

Hello,
I was working for a company in the care sector.
I was with them for under 3 months with a 6 month probation, with rules.
I was meant to undergo a supervision period where they would give me opportunity to learn and improve as a carer.
This never happened.
What happened was they dismissed me with pay for 4 months.
I finally got them to move the meeting forward and they then had the meeting.
At the meeting they never once told me why I was there. Why I was in a meeting about my employment.
Another few weeks passed and they held another meeting without me being present and terminated my employment.
They've never given me an explicit reason and they never gave me a supervision day as mentioned in the contract (this supervision day was required by law too and was never completed).
What do I do here and where do I stand legally?
They're making my life very awkward now.

I work a 45 hour week. 12 hours round trip every day.
My money I have I invest on my blog. Any questions or help offered? I'd love to hear from you.

You were with them for less than three months? You stand nowhere. You needed 12 months (or 24 months if employed on or after 6th April this year) to claim unfair dismissal. They can sack you any way they want and don't have to give you a reason at all.
How are they making your life awkward?0 -
You have nothing, I'm afraid. 3 months' service does not give you any recourse for unfair dismissal, unless you were sacked for a protected characteristic (race, gender etc), or for TU reasons.
Sorry.
KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
Probably they could have seen you as incompetent for the job and found some one else who would have replaced you better.
But that's still not right.
They could have continued with your training programs until the 6 month probation was over. You could try talking or asking advice from a professional lawyer to know what legal action you can do against them.
Sometimes these cases, people like you are paid to support your daily needs (certain amount only) with the damages that your dismissal had brought to you.
I uderstand barely a word of this, and what I do understand makes no sense. They could have continued the training - they didn't.
There is no point asking a "professional lawyer" - the rights to claim unfair dismissal are the most basic of rights and so what is the point in paying someone to tell you what you can google - and have already been told here?
I have not a clue what the last paragraph means - there are no damages from a fair dismissal. And in law this is a fair dismissal. And if it had been an unfair dismissal a tribunal doesn't award on the basis of "a certain amount to support your daily needs". It awards on the basis of loss and damages.0 -

Thank you. I could not understand this gibberish either.
This poster has been prolific today. If I was uncharitable, I might suggest that this is to spam his insurance concern in his signature.
