I ordered from the Isme website, exactly same deal on the flannelette sheets, intending to pay straightaway using my card, but had to open an account and then and only then did it tell me that everything was out of stock. Not very happy that I had to do all that first, so rang the orderline number, and the girl on there said that there is an option to pay by card but you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to see that, but why would you when its not mentioned higher up the page where they are pushing opening an account!:hello:  please play nicely children !0

Thanks, ordered a selection of sheets for the kids for winter. I really wanted some of the duvet cover sets too but even though it says in stock they just will not add to the basket!0

Utter nightmare, just tried going online to order these and could not get through the maze of registration screens without seeming to sign up to a credit agreement. then thought I would phone - I dont want to pay on credit I simplly want to pay. I got through to sales who asked my account number who when I said I did not have one put me through to another person who garbled an unintelligble scripted announcement at me and was promptly rude when I said I could not understand a word and did nto have an account number!!!! What a dreadful company. I can see from babyblooz above I am not alone in thinking they are rather too keen to get people into credit rather than pay. Ended up putting phone down in complete frustration.0

I've just had the opposite experience, I emailed to say I couldn't add the duvet sets to my basket and they've sorted it for me pretty much instantly. However, I do find if I contact the bog standard helpline or email they are useless, but the network@veryhq.co.uk address is what they give out on facebook and twitter and seems to be staffed by much smarter people, they've helped me loads of times! Maybe drop them an email asking how to do an online order without registering for an account.
I do have an account but there is always an option to pay for items then or add them to my account, I can always choose. The site layout and graphics are not the best though xx0 -
Don't forget that if you are opening a new account you can get 10% off your first order by using the code on the product page.
If you spend more than £60 on your first order, get £30 off when you set up an account. The code is HERE
I opened the account, got the £30 off but paid in full by card (you get the option at the checkout). My invoice has been emailed through and it works.0
