IT Jobs and Training

Hi guys.

I'm a 30 year old whose been working in warehousing the last 10 years. I am now a team leader but have pretty much had my fill and am desperate to change career paths.

I'm extremely interested in IT and although I have no IT qualifications I am PC literate.

Obviously I know I need some sort of qualifications before I will get a look in so I'm considering enroling on 2 courses which are:

1) CompTIA A+ 2009 - which I understand will give me a good basic knowledge of computer systems

2) CompTIA+ 2012 network - which is a little more specific

I just wondered if anyone has done these courses before and what the job market is like for IT tecnical supportist etc.

I'm not looking for mega bucks just something that'll pay in the region of £22K to £25

I'm actually really excited about the prospect of a career change and am dammed detemined to make it work!

Thanks for reading any advice would be greatly appreciated.:D
