42 inch tv for £74.99

hello i do not know where to put this but i would like some help on this i have emailed martin hoping that he might help me, i recieved a brochure from my catalogue choice offering a 42 inch rear projection tv for £74.99 i tried ordering it and lo and behold i couldnt get through .. well no one would answer the phone even at 3o minutes!!
so i decided to email asking for the item now i remember doing business law so im sure i am entitled to the item at the advertised price.. even so i would like some help in getting this item.. i have included the emails below obviously i have had to delete my details but if anyone can help me getting this item at the said price i would be very thankful and if martin can help i know hell do it!!!
(please bear in mind i have spent thousands with this company!!)

the TV is not available. I confirm again the catalogue number
shown, VE9908, is for the Samsung Freeview Box and NOT the Rear
Projection TV.

They don't have to sell you an item as an advertised price. Any item whether it is in a shop or on a web site mearly is 'invitation to treat'. That being a company adverties a item at X amount, you accept that offer of that item, they in turn either accept it and or refuse that offer.

Clearly they have not accepted your offer thus there isnt anything you can do about it. If they had taken money then that's another matter although it would be up to you if you would be prepared to go further with it via small claims court.
