Can you have a limited company within a limited company??
My partner rents a business within a healthclub (the healthclub is a limited company).
Can my partner set herself up as a seperate Limited company?

I assume your partner is self-employed and rents premises within the healthclub? I don't see why she shouldn't set up a limited company for her business, and that company could rent from the healthclub.0
