Please help! someone using my daughters details for SIA Application

Not sure if this is the right place...

I had a letter today addressed to my 2 year old daughter saying she had completed a security course and had applied for a SIA Card!
we live in a block of 4 flats and the lady in the flat below has the same first name as my daughter, she also just completed a security course.
I have rang the company who just said they would look into it.

What should i do?
any help would be much appreciated.

    Same first name (but not surname?) is a bit of a tenuous link (unless the first name is not that common). Do SIA cards have photos on them? If so, wait for the SIA card to arrive, and see if you recognose the person in the photo??

    They are short of SIA people for the Olympiics. Send your daughter along for an interview.
